Refund Policy

Solitud's paid products — LLM token wallet top-ups and workspace hosting — are digital products that are delivered immediately. At checkout you confirm: “I want Solitud to start immediately, and I understand I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal once it does.” Because delivery begins the moment your payment completes, these purchases are generally non-refundable.

LLM token wallet top-ups

LLM tokens are usable the instant your payment completes and are consumed as you use the AI. Spent tokens represent compute already delivered and are non-refundable. At our discretion we may refund a proportionate unspent balance.

Workspace hosting

Compute is provisioned immediately when you buy a hosting plan. If you cancel or delete a workspace, its compute is deprovisioned immediately and the current paid period is non-refundable.

When we still refund

Regardless of the above, we'll make things right where the charge was our fault or the law requires it:

  • billing errors, duplicate charges, or charges after you cancelled;
  • a service that is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose — your statutory rights for defective digital services are not affected by the immediate-start acknowledgment (see our Terms & Conditions).

Payments & disputes

Payments are handled by our Merchant of Record, who may also issue refunds at their discretion in dispute or chargeback cases.
